.: about us

Rev. Timothy Williams has been a full-time Evangelist with the United Pentecostal Church Int. for 9+ years. He bases out of Kilgore, Texas.  His pastor is Rev. James Boatman.  He has been married 12 wonderful years to his wife, Karen. They have 3 sons; Jordan (age 6), Kendall & Jackson (twins—age 3). Rev. Williams flys to most of his meetings without his family. If the revival is close enough, his family travels with him. Karen and the boys attend Calvary Tabernacle in Longview, Tx pastored by Senior Pastor Rev. A.D. Spears and Pastor Charles Chargois.

Before evangelizing, Rev. Williams served as Youth Pastor for Rev. Wayne McClain in Pasadena, Texas for 3 1/2 years.  Bro. Williams graduated Texas Bible College in Houston, TX in 1997 with a major in Theology and Karen graduated TBC in 1998 with a major in Christian Education.

Rev. Williams’ approach to evangelistic ministry is based from Ephesians 4:11-13. 11And he gave some, apostles; and some, prophets; and some, evangelists; and some, pastors and teachers; 12For the perfecting of the saints, for the work of the ministry, for the edifying of the body of Christ: 13Till we all come in the unity of the faith, and of the knowledge of the Son of God, unto a perfect man, unto the measure of the stature of the fulness of Christ: KJV (emphasis added)

The word “revival” is a Latin word which means “to live again”. Rev. Williams believes that evangelist, being a part of the five-fold ministry, are given to the church to help raise the spiritual level of the church and the level of faith for the individual saints of the church. Rev. Williams believes that when this level collectively and individually is raised, a church begins “to live again”. Rev. Williams states, “When an evangelist operates in certain spiritual gifts and abilities that God has given him; then miracles, healings, and conversions happen because the church and the saint are lifted to a higher level of faith. Faith is the key. Faith in Jesus Christ creates an atmosphere where this revival can happen. My Jesus can do anything in the right Atmosphere.”

Rev. Williams’ preaching is very passionate and bold in his attempt to move a church to a higher level to create the revival atmosphere needed. Rev. Williams follows two basic revival principles. 1st) Passion Creates Atmosphere, and Atmosphere Creates Revival. Rev. Williams states, “To have revival you must have the right atmosphere for God to work in. A passion for God and the things of God create this atmosphere.” 2nd) Anointing breaks the yoke of bondage and the Truth shall set a man free. Again, Bro. Williams says, “The preached Word of God, the Truth, will set a man free, but there first must be an anointing on both the preacher and the church that can break the bondages that people are in so the Truth can penetrate a persons heart and ultimately set them free from their sin.”

Every time Rev. Williams approaches the pulpit to preach, he carries a quote from Jonathan Edwards (1703-1758), considered one of the greatest evangelists in American history, in his Bible. It states, “I set myself on fire, and others come to watch me burn.” If you have ever seen or heard Rev. Williams preach, you know this quote to be true of both his preaching and his fervency for revival.

Rev. Williams has recently completed his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix Online. He is scheduled to graduate in Austin, TX in April 2009. He will be starting his Masters program in Business Administration (MBA) in March of 2009 also from the University of Phoenix Online. Karen is currently enrolled in Penn Foster Career School working towards her National certifications for Child Day Care Management. Jordan is in Kindergarden attending Diana Elementary School in Diana, TX. The twins are enrolled daily in how to get into everything and destroy as much as possible (what do you expect, they are 3 you know).

They have traveled to 26 states and the following districts and countries:
Arizona, Arkansas, California, Colorado, Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, Missouri, Nevada, New Mexico, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Texas, , Utah, Virginia, Washington, Washington D.C., West Virginia; Texico, Canada, and Mexico.
